Hsm Club Torre Blanca Hotel Sa Coma , Sa Coma (Mallorca)

The hotel is like a matchbox room above the kitchen, but the nearby bar is convenient. The receptionists were fantastic and attentive. The location is clean in the center of Sa Coma, great for sun activities. Dining was generally better, but could improve variety. For the price, the service, cleanliness, and value were impressive.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were very clean and of a decent size for my family, but there was a faint smell of sewage at times, which wasn't ideal. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff and helpful amenities. The location was convenient for families, although getting a sunbed could be a challenge. The dining experience offered a good selection, but the timing of the meals was a bit restrictive. The facilities were basic but well-maintained.

I had the privilege of staying in the Ibiza block room 40, which was a godsend during our stay as our balcony was poolside. The rooms are a bit dated, but who cares if you don't want to spend a full holiday indoors! The cleanliness was top-notch, with cleaners coming in every day except Thursday and Sunday. The warm nights made it difficult to sleep, and being above the restaurant posed challenges due to medical issues. The service staff at the Apartotel are true assets, always friendly and accommodating. However, the reception experience was marred by unhelpful and demanding staff. The location, although spacious and close to the beach, could use some refurbishments. The dining options were decent, but there were some cold items, and the service was reasonable. Facilities were standard, no major issues observed.
